3. SERVICE REQUESTS AND CONTRACTING FOR SERVICE (continued)

(b) For each of Pipeline's firm Rate Schedules, the

Service Agreement executed in writing or

electronically via the LINK® System, as applicable,

by Customer and Pipeline, the Exhibit(s) executed by

Customer and Pipeline, the applicable rate schedule,

the General Terms and Conditions of this FERC Gas

Tariff, and any applicable negotiated rate or

discount agreement will comprise the entire agreement

between Customer and Pipeline.

(c) For each of Pipeline's interruptible Rate Schedules,

the Service Agreement executed electronically via the

LINK® System by Customer and Pipeline, the Exhibit(s)

executed by Customer and Pipeline, the applicable

rate schedule, the General Terms and Conditions of

this FERC Gas Tariff, and any applicable negotiated

rate or discount agreement will comprise the entire

agreement between Customer and Pipeline.

3.4 Extension of Service Agreements. Prior to the expiration

of the term of a Part 284 Service Agreement and prior to

Pipeline's posting the availability of capacity under

Pipeline's Right of First Refusal provisions, if

applicable, Pipeline and Customer may mutually agree to an

extension of the term of the Service Agreement (the exact

length of which is to be negotiated on a case-by-case

basis, in a not unduly discriminatory manner).
