4. NOMINATIONS AND SCHEDULING OF RECEIPTS AND DELIVERIES

If Customer desires transportation of natural gas on any

Day under this Rate Schedule, Customer must nominate

service in accordance with Sections 5 and 6 of the GT&C.

All Point(s) of Receipt and Point(s) of Delivery at which

Pipeline receives and delivers gas, respectively, shall be

available as Point(s) of Receipt and Point(s) of Delivery under

this Rate Schedule, pursuant to Sections 6.1 and 8.2 of the

General Terms and Conditions of this FERC Gas Tariff.
