BETWEEN TEXAS EASTERN TRANSMISSION, LP ("Pipeline"), AND

(Pipeline) hereby agree, for the period from _________ to _________ (term must be expressed in

calendar monthly increments) and month to month thereafter unless

(i) this MBA Service Agreement is terminated pursuant to Article II, or

(ii) this Exhibit A is superseded by a new fully executed Exhibit A,

that the MBA Party shall assume responsibility of resolving Customer's delivery imbalances at

Point(s) of Delivery between Pipeline and Customer under the following agreements:
