Point of Restriction outside the Transportation Path.

(c) Curtailment at Secondary Points.

Curtailment at Secondary Points shall be governed by the procedures set

forth in Section 4.2 of these General Terms and Conditions. Once

scheduled, service under Pipeline's firm rate schedules at both Primary

and Secondary Points is curtailed on a pro rata basis.
