27.1 Pipeline has adopted all of the Business Practices and Electronic Communication
Standards which were required by the Commission in 18 CFR ¶ 284.12(b) in accordance
with Order Nos. 587, et al., in Docket Nos. RM96-1-000, et seq. In addition to the
standards which are reflected in other provisions of this tariff, Pipeline is
incorporating herein the following NAESB Wholesale Gas Quadrant ("WGQ") standards,
definitions and data sets, Version 1.8, and Recommendation WGQ 2008 Annual Plan Item 10
and Request No. R08026, where applicable, by reference:
