16. STANDARDS OF CONDUCT COMPLIANCE PROCEDURES
This Section describes the information required by the Commission's
Standards of Conduct regulations.
16.1Informational Postings
All information required to be posted pursuant to the Commission's
currently effective Standards of Conduct regulations will be provided
on Pipeline's Internet Web site under Informational Postings. Such
information will be updated as required by applicable regulation(s)
issued by the Commission.
16.2Complaint Procedures
Complaints concerning Pipeline's compliance with Pipeline's Standards
of Conduct procedures should be communicated to Pipeline with a
designation that it is a Standards of Conduct regulation complaint and
shall contain a clear and complete statement of the nature and basis
of the complaint, together with supporting documentation, if any.
Information regarding the appropriate contact personnel shall be
posted on Pipeline's Internet Web site. Pipeline shall respond
initially within forty-eight (48) hours and in writing within thirty
(30) Days to such complaints. In the event the required date of
Pipeline's response falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday that
affects Pipeline, Pipeline shall respond by the next Business Day.
