9.4 Zone WLA

Each Customer's Base Segment Capacity Entitlement and Operational Segment Capacity

Entitlement for Point(s) of Receipt in Zone WLA, including receipts from Zone STX, are

shown on Texas Eastern's Informational Postings Web site under "Entitlements Reporting

- Section 9" in the column "Base Qt" and the column "Operating Qt", respectively.

Receipts up to the Base Segment Capacity Entitlement and Operational Segment Capacity

Entitlement are subject to the following conditions precedent:

(A) Base Segment Capacity Entitlement and Operational Segment Capacity Entitlement

entering Zone WLA from Zone STX of no more than the "WLA Entry from STX"

quantity.

(B) Base Segment Capacity Entitlement and Operational Segment Capacity Entitlement

from Cameron System of no more than the "Cameron System" quantity.

(C) [Reserved for Future Use]

(D) [Reserved for Future Use]

(E) Base Segment Capacity Entitlement and Operational Segment Capacity Entitlement

exiting Zone WLA to Zone ELA of no more than the "WLA Exit into ELA" quantity.
