GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(Continued)
(3) When a release of capacity for a period of thirty-one (31)
Days or less is not subject to the bidding requirements
under this Section 3.14, a Releasing Customer may not
rollover, extend, or in any way continue the capacity
release to the same Replacement Customer which utilizes the
same capacity or overlaps such capacity using the thirty-one
(31) days or less bidding exemption described in Section
3.14(C)(1) above until twenty-eight (28) days after the
first release period has ended. The twenty-eight (28) day
hiatus does not apply to any re-release to the same
Replacement Customer that is posted for bidding or that
qualifies for any of the other exemptions from bidding
described in Section 3.14(C)(1) above. All other provisions
of this Section 3.14 shall apply, including Customer's
obligations under Section 3.14(G)(2).
(4) Notwithstanding the standard timelines specified in Section
3.14(C)(2) above, Pipeline shall support a process to allow
the Releasing Customer and the Prearranged Customer to
create and finalize prearranged non-biddable capacity
release transactions to be effective for a given Gas Day at
any time prior to 7:00 a.m. CCT on the calendar day on which
that Gas Day ends.
