(A) MBA Party will have the right to minimize the imbalance level until the close of

the seventeenth Business Day after the end of the Month during which the

imbalances occurred, pursuant to Sections 2.2(A) through 2.2(E) herein and

Section 8.3 of the General Terms and Conditions; provided that minimization does

not require transportation through a Posted Point of Restriction on Pipeline's

system for that Month.

(B) Any imbalance remaining after the operation of this Section 2 will be resolved in

accordance with Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions.

3. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All of the General Terms and Conditions of Pipeline's FERC Gas Tariff of which this Rate

Schedule is a part are applicable to this Rate Schedule and are made a part hereof to the

extent that such terms and conditions are not contradicted by any provision herein. For

purposes of the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Pipeline's FERC Gas Tariff,

references to Customer shall refer to the MBA Party.
