The Recourse Rates applicable to Rate Schedule FT-1(M1 Expansion Project)

are the maximum rates for that incremental service stated on Pipeline's

currently effective Statement of Rates for Rate Schedule FT-1. The

Negotiated Rates stated above are inclusive of all applicable surcharges as

provided for in Pipeline's FERC Gas Tariff, except that Customer shall

compensate Pipeline for (i) lost and unaccounted for gas for that

incremental service as reflected on the currently effective Statement of

Rates for Rate Schedule FT-1 and (ii) the applicable Annual Charge

Adjustment surcharge.

1/These Negotiated Rates shall apply only to service under Contract No.

910473, up to Customer's specified MDQ, and using the receipt and delivery

points designated herein. This Service Agreement was filed with the

Commission on October 4, 2004.

2/This Service Agreement shall be treated as a "ROFR Agreement" as defined

in the General Terms and Conditions of Pipeline's FERC Gas Tariff.

3/The monthly Reservation Rate is stated in $/Dth of MDQ.

4/For the period from November 1 through the following March 31 of each

contract year during the term from November 1, 2004 through March 31,

2019.

5/For the period from April 1 through October 31 of each contract year

during the term from November 1, 2004 through March 31, 2019.
