The Recourse Rates applicable to the facilities approved in Docket No.

CP00-404-000 are the maximum rates for that incremental service stated

on Pipeline's currently effective Statement of Rates for Rate Schedule

FT-1. The Negotiated Rates are inclusive of fuel, shrinkage, lost and

unaccounted for gas, GRI and all other surcharges except the Annual

Charge Adjustment (ACA) as contained within Pipeline's Tariff.

1/ Except as described in Pipeline's certificate application in Docket

No. CP00-404-000, these negotiated rate transactions do not deviate

in any material respect from the applicable form of service

agreement set forth in Pipeline's FERC Gas Tariff.

2/ Reservation rate becomes effective as specified in the negotiated

rate agreement applicable to Pipeline's Contract No. 830106 filed

in Docket No. CP00-404-000.

3/ Customer may cause up to 42,000 Dth/d to be received at Pipeline

M&R No. (CGT receipt point).

4/ Other limitations on the applicability of these negotiated rates

are incorporated and expressed in the negotiated rate agreement

applicable to Pipeline's Contract No. 830106 filed in Docket No.

CP00-404-000.
