4.3 Failure to Conform: If gas delivered, or caused to be delivered, by

Seller does not comply with the quality specifications set out in

Subsection 4.1 hereof, Buyer shall have the right, in addition to all

other remedies available to it by law, to refuse to accept any such

gas. Buyer may, at its option, accept receipt of gas not complying

with the quality specifications set out in Subsection 4.1 hereof pro-

vided Buyer, at the expense of Seller, may make all changes necessary

to bring such gas into compliance with such specifications. Any change

in gross heating value of gas treated by Buyer pursuant to this Sub-

section 4.3 shall be appropriately reflected in the total Btu content

of gas delivered by Seller to Buyer.
