Negotiated Rate Information

This Exhibit B is entered into pursuant to the authorization in Section 25.4 of the General Terms

and Conditions of SOUTHERN LNG's FERC Gas Tariff.

If Customer and Southern LNG agree to a Negotiated Rate for the service under this Service

Agreement, neither Party shall take any steps during the term of the Service Agreement to change

or terminate the Negotiated Rate.
