COMPANY hereby incorporates into this tariff by reference, rather than verbatim, the following NAESB

business standards and recommendations which have been adopted by the Commission in its regulations at 18

C.F.R. Section 284.10(b) and 284.12. Notwithstanding this Section 40, COMPANY shall adhere to the NAESB WGQ
