permanent basis; provided, however, that Releasing Customer shall, if reasonable given

the circumstances of a particular permanent release, remain responsible for charges

incurred after the effective date of the release.

(b) Temporary Release:

A Releasing Customer may release all or part of its firm capacity, with all associated

Section 16.

any Temporary Release Subject to Recall shall be one contract day. Any

Temporary Release Subject to Recall offered for more than one contract day
