7. REQUEST FOR SERVICE

Requests for service hereunder shall be considered acceptable only if Customer has

completed and returned Southern LNG's service request form (which is available to all

Customers and potential Customers on request) to the following address:

Customer's request shall contain the information specified in the service request form, as

revised from time to time, and the following:

(a) either with the request for service or at the time of execution of a service

agreement, such other information, in writing, as is required to comply with

regulatory reporting or filing requirements;

(b) sufficient information to determine Customer's creditworthiness in accordance with

GT&C § 2.1(a); and

(c) sufficient information to determine the compatibility of Customer's vessel(s) with

the interfacing facilities of Southern LNG.
