4. RATES AND FUEL

4.1 The rates for service under this Rate Schedule are set forth on the currently effective Sheet

No. 6A of this Tariff. Customer will pay the maximum rate or a negotiated rate for service

unless Southern LNG, in its reasonable judgment, offers to discount from the maximum rate to

Customer. Any discount to which Southern LNG agrees, and the effective period, shall be stated

on Exhibit C to the Service Agreement. Any negotiated rate to which Southern LNG agrees, and

the effective period, shall be stated on Exhibit F to the Service Agreement.

4.2 For service rendered to Customer under Rate Schedule LNG-3, Customer shall pay Southern LNG

each month (i) a Reservation Charge per Dth of Customer's MSQ plus a Monthly Storage Charge

calculated under Rate Schedule LNG-2 for any Dth in excess of Customer's MSQ, (ii) a

Reservation Charge per Dth of Customer's MDVQ, and (iii) a Commodity Rate per Dth of the

aggregate quantities of vaporized LNG delivered for Customer's account (both for firm

quantities scheduled up to and including Customer's MDVQ and, if any, for quantities scheduled

in excess of Customer's MDVQ) pursuant to the nomination procedures on each day during the

month.

4.3 Southern LNG shall retain from quantities delivered to or for account of Customer a pro rata

share of gas as compensation for fuel and gas otherwise used or lost and unaccounted for in

Southern LNG's operations, as provided in GT&C § 24.1. Southern LNG shall adjust Customer's LNG

Balance accordingly.

4.4 Customer shall also pay any other effective charge, including an electric power cost

adjustment, stated on the applicable sheet of this Tariff.
