10. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS & SERVICE AGREEMENTS

All of the GT&C of this Tariff apply to and are hereby made a part of this Rate Schedule. In the event

of any inconsistencies between the GT&C and this Rate Schedule, the terms and conditions of the Rate

Schedule shall control. This Rate Schedule also incorporates Customer's Service Agreement with

Southern LNG. In the event of any inconsistencies between this Rate Schedule and the Service

Agreement, the terms and conditions of the Service Agreement shall control.
