General Terms and Conditions for Transportation Service (or

succeeding effective provisons). Except as otherwise specified, any

other notice, request, demand, statement or bill provided for in

General Terms and Conditions for Transportation Service and any

other notice which a party may desire to give to the other(s), shall be

in writing and shall be considered as duly delivered when mailed by

first class mail to the address of the other(s), or at such other address

as may be designated by written notice. Routine communications and

bills (but excluding payments otherwise provided for in the General

Terms and Conditions for Transportation Service) shall be considered

as duly delivered when mailed by registered or ordinary mail or an

equivalent. The Post Office addresses of the parties hereto are as
