2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE

This Rate Schedule applies to all gas transported by PGPL for Shipper

pursuant to an executed Service Agreement for this Rate Schedule.

Transportation service under this Rate Schedule shall be firm up to

the Firm Transportation Quantity and shall be subject to the terms of

the applicable Service Agreement, this Rate Schedule, the General

Terms and Conditions for Transportation Service, and any other

applicable provisions of PGPL's FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised

Volume No. 1, and to the laws, rules and regulations of governmental

authorities that are valid and applicable to service hereunder.

PGPL is not obligated to provide any transportation service for which

capacity is not available or which would require the construction or

acquisition of new facilities or the modification or expansion of

existing facilities.
