Injection Quantity or Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity
specified in Paragraph 2 above. Any such injection or
withdrawal shall be on an interruptible basis, and Midwest shall
not be obligated to inject or withdraw such excess quantities
unless it can do so without adverse effect on Midwest's
operations or its ability to meet all other obligations.
ARTICLE II
POINT(S) OF RECEIPT
Shipper shall deliver or cause to be delivered Gas hereunder at
the Point(s) of Injection set forth in Exhibit A hereto.
ARTICLE III
POINT(S) OF DELIVERY
Midwest shall redeliver to Shipper, or for the account of
Shipper, Equivalent Quantities of Gas stored hereunder at the
Point(s) of Withdrawal set forth in Exhibit A hereto.
ARTICLE IV
TERM OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement shall be effective for an initial period as of
the date first written above until __________, unless Shipper gives
written notice on or before December 31 that it wishes to terminate
service on March 31 of the next calendar year and may be extended in
accordance with Section 11 of the General Terms and Conditions.
ARTICLE V
RATE SCHEDULE AND CHARGES
1. Each Month, Shipper shall pay Midwest for the service hereunder,
an amount determined in accordance with Midwest's Rate Schedule
FSS and the applicable provisions of the General Terms and
Conditions of Midwest's FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume
