7. REQUEST FOR SERVICE (Continued)

(a) Either with the request for service or at the time of execution of the

service agreement, such other information, in writing, as is required

to comply with regulatory reporting or filing requirements; and

(b) Sufficient information to determine Customer's credit worthiness in

accordance with Section 22 of the General Terms and Conditions of this

Tariff.

8. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All of the General Terms and Conditions of Pine Needle's Original Volume No. 1

FERC Gas Tariff are hereby made a part of this rate schedule. In the event of

any inconsistencies between the General Terms and Conditions and this Rate

Schedule LNG-2, the terms and conditions of this Rate Schedule LNG-2 shall

control.
