11. LNG BALANCE ON TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

Customer must withdraw or transfer its Liquefied Natural Gas Balance on or

before the date of termination of the service agreement hereunder. To the

extent that Customer fails to dispose of its Liquefied Natural Gas Balance, Pine

Needle shall have the right to retain and take title to Customer's Liquefied

Natural Gas Balance, at no cost to Pine Needle.

12. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All of the General Terms and Conditions of Pine Needle's Original Volume No. 1

FERC Gas Tariff are hereby made a part of this rate schedule. In the event of

any inconsistencies between the General Terms and Conditions and this Rate

Schedule LNG-1, the terms and conditions of this Rate Schedule LNG-1 shall

control.
