20. CAPACITY RELEASE (Continued)

For recall notification provided to the Transporter prior to the

recall notification deadline specified in NAESB WGQ Standard No 5.3.44

and received between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., the Transporter shall

provide notification to all affected Replacement Shippers no later

than one hour after receipt of such recall notification.

For recall notification provided to the Transporter after 5:00 p.m.

and prior to 7:00 a.m., the Transporter shall provide notification

to all affected Replacement Shippers no later than 8:00 a.m. after

receipt of such recall notification. (NAESB 5.3.45)
