17. COMPLAINT PROCEDURES

 

17.1 Shippers are first encouraged to work with Transporter to resolve

problems on an informal basis, prior to filing a formal complaint.

 

17.2 In the event of an unresolved problem, Shipper should submit a

complaint in writing to Transporter at the following address:

17.3 Transporter will respond initially within 48 hours and in writing

within 30 days to such complaints.

 

17.4 A Shipper may also file a complaint with the Commission pursuant to

18 CFR Section 385.206 of the Commission's regulations.
