(3) Surcharges, If Applicable: All applicable surcharges, unless

otherwise specified, shall be the maximum surcharge rate as

stated in the Statement of Rates in the Tariff, as they may be

changed from time to time, unless otherwise agreed to by the

Parties.

ACA:

The ACA Surcharge shall be assessed pursuant to Section 17.1 of

the General Terms and Conditions as set forth in the Tariff.
