21. AFFILIATE-RELATED INFORMATION

Shared facilities between transmission function employees of Transporter

and the marketing function employees of Transporter's affiliate(s), if

any, are posted on Transporter's electronic bulletin board.

23. WARRANTY

Shipper warrants for itself, its successors, and assigns, that it will

have at the time of Tender of Gas for Transportation Service hereunder

good title or the good right to Tender such Gas. Shipper warrants for

itself, its successors, and assigns, that the Gas Shipper Tenders

hereunder shall be free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, and claims

whatsoever, that it will indemnify Transporter and save harmless from

all suits, actions, debts, accounts, damages, costs, losses, and

expenses arising from or out of any adverse claims of any and all

persons to said Gas and/or to royalties, taxes, license fees, or charges

thereon which are applicable to such Tender of Gas and that it will

indemnify Transporter and save it harmless from all taxes or assessments

which may be levied and assessed upon such Tender of Gas and which are

by law payable by, and the obligation of, the Party making such Tender.

24. TAXES

All production (including ad valorem-type production taxes), gathering,

delivery, sales, severance, or other excise taxes or assessments upon

the Gas Tendered hereunder by Shipper to Transporter, which are now or

hereafter in existence or authorized for collection by any state or

other governmental agency or duly constituted authority, either directly

or indirectly, shall be paid or caused to be paid by Shipper.
