(e) Allocations are considered final upon issuance of related

shall be attributed to the Shipper's account for the original

be made within six Months from the date of the original
monthly statement, except in the case of a deliberate

Parties shall have a three-month rebuttal period for any
retroactive adjustments (GISB Standard 2.3.26). No imbalance
penalty should be imposed when a prior period adjustment
applied to the current period causes or increases a current
month penalty (GISB Standard 2.3.31).
