1. DEFINITIONS (Continued)

1.81 "Transporter" shall mean Wyoming Interstate Company, L.L.C., a

limited liability company under the laws of the State of Colorado.

1.82 "Unauthorized Overrun Gas" shall mean Overrun Gas not accepted by

Transporter for Nomination, pursuant to Section 6 hereof.

1.83 "Upstream Party" shall mean the entity (name or identifying number)

Tendering Gas to Transporter at a designated location as identified

by a Shipper's Nomination.
