2.3 Linked Transportation Agreement Charges: In addition to charges under the IBS Agreement, Shipper

shall also be responsible for payment of any and all applicable rates, charges, surcharges, and

Fuel Gas and Gas Lost and Unaccounted For under the Linked Transportation Agreement, in accordance

with Section 5.3 of Natural's Rate Schedule IBS and all other applicable provisions of Natural's

FERC Gas Tariff, as may be revised from time to time.
