43. REPORTS

Natural's Merchant Division (if any) or Transportation

Division, as applicable, shall file such reports of jurisdictional

gas sales, storage, transportation or other activity as may be

required by the FERC or other governmental agencies. Shippers

shall cooperate by providing Natural on a timely basis with such

information as may be required by Natural from Shipper to prepare

such reports.
