(2) All matters related to recovery of Supply

Realignment Costs from Other Consenting Customers shall be resolved

consistent with the Other Settlements. In particular, issues of

eligibility and prudence are subject to Article IV of the Other

Settlements.

38.5 SUPPLY REALIGNMENT COST CHARGE TO G CUSTOMERS

This Section 38.5 sets out charges for Supply Realignment

Costs to G Customers consistent with the G Customer Settlement.
