the arbitrator shall be in writing and such decision shall be

issued within ninety (90) days of the appointment of such

arbitrator. The results of such arbitration shall be final,

binding and non-appealable, and may be enforced in any court of

law or by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

(d) Any imbalances under a Shipper's FTS or ITS

Agreements for periods prior to December 1, 1993 that have not

been cashed out by March 15, 1994 because of adjustments to

volumes that are booked after March 15, 1994 shall be cashed out

as described above and reflected on the next billing after the

adjustment is booked.
