RATE SCHEDULE IBS

INTERRUPTIBLE BALANCING SERVICE

unless consistent with the Access Request, exceed the maximum daily

access volumes under such IBS Agreement or the maximum allowed

cumulative IBS Balance. Natural may waive or discount either

authorized or unauthorized overrun charges on a basis which is not

unduly discriminatory. With respect to authorized overrun charges

associated with exceeding the allowed cumulative IBS Balance, it will

be Natural's general policy to waive such charges if the charge

results from Natural's decision not to accept IBS Payback and if

maintaining the IBS Balance is beneficial to Natural's system.

9. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this

Tariff, as such provisions may be amended from time to time, are

hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Rate

Schedule IBS and shall apply to service rendered hereunder as though

stated herein.
