(e) If an Agreement includes a rate form which

conforms to this Section and does not contain any other negotiated

rate elements, then the filing requirements under Section 49 of

the General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff shall not apply to

such Agreement.

(f) The Inclusive Reservation rate shall not include

commodity rate(s), commodity surcharges, ACA, fuel or overrun

charges, which are determined and assessed as applicable under

other provisions of this Tariff.
