RATE SCHEDULE FFTS

(f) Shipper may release and segment capacity dedicated to

service hereunder to the extent permitted by, and subject to the terms

and conditions contained in, the General Terms and Conditions of this

Tariff and subject to the conditions stated in this subsection and in

Section 8(c) of this Rate Schedule FFTS. As under Rate Schedule FTS, a

Shipper electing the SW option may not segment a capacity release

except within the primary path(s) under the FFTS Agreement and neither

the releasing nor any replacement Shipper involved in a segmented

release will have system-wide secondary point access under the FFTS-SW

Agreement or any release Agreement originating there from after a

release.
