1/ Peak rates are effective November through March and off-peak rates are effective April through October.
2/ Natural's transportation zones are:
a. IOWA-ILLINOIS RECEIPT ZONE
Includes Station 109 on the Amarillo Line and extends from Station 109 northward on the
Amarillo Line and Southward on the Gulf Coast Line to the Illinois-Missouri border.
b. AMARILLO MAINLINE RECEIPT ZONE
Includes Station 106 and extends northward on the Amarillo Line from Station 106 to a point
just south of Station 109.
c. GULF COAST MAINLINE RECEIPT ZONE
Extends northward on the Gulf Coast Line from the interconnection of the A/G and Gulf Coast
Lines (south of Station 305) to the Illinois-Missouri border.
d. MIDCONTINENT RECEIPT/DELIVERY ZONE
Extends westward from a point just west of Station 801 on the A/G Line to Natural's "Triangle"
area and ends just south of Station 106 on the Amarillo Line. This zone includes laterals in
Wise County, Texas, in Marshall County, Oklahoma and in Love County, Oklahoma.
e. TEXOK RECEIPT/DELIVERY ZONE
Includes Station 801 and extends from Station 801 on Natural's A/G Line southeastward to
Station 302 and then east to the Texas/Louisiana border. This zone includes any contiguous
offshore laterals which interconnect with Natural's system in this zone.
f. LOUISIANA RECEIPT/DELIVERY ZONE
Includes all of Natural's Louisiana Lateral east of the Texas/Louisiana Border and any
contiguous offshore laterals which interconnect with Natural's system in this zone.
g. SOUTH TEXAS RECEIPT/DELIVERY ZONE
Consists of all facilities south of Station 302 on the Gulf Coast Line.
h. PERMIAN RECEIPT/DELIVERY ZONE
Consists of all facilities south of Station 112 on the Amarillo Line.
i. MARKET DELIVERY ZONE
Encompasses the same area as the Iowa-Illinois, Amarillo Mainline and Gulf Coast Mainline
Receipt Zones combined. A separate incremental charge is applicable to transportation on the
Moraine Lateral and is set out on Sheet No. 17. The Moraine Lateral is the 17.8 mile segment
of pipeline in Lake County, Illinois that was formerly owned and operated by Moraine Pipeline
Company. The Commission approved the acquisition of these facilities by Natural by Order
issued September 22, 1993 in Docket No. CP93-351-000.
j. OFFSHORE ZONE
Consists of all non-contiguous laterals in the Gulf of Mexico.
