1/ The Negotiated Rate Agreement with Shipper does not deviate in any material respect from the applicable pro forma service agreement in Natural's FERC Gas Tariff.

2/ The Fixed Negotiated Monthly Base Reservation Rate shall be $10.84/Dth of MDQ for the Peak Period and $8.45/Dth of MDQ for the Off-Peak Period.

3/ Fixed Negotiated Base Commodity Rate:

(a) shall be $0.0054/Dth during the Peak Period and $0.0020/Dth MDQ during the Off-Peak Period.

(b) Shipper shall not be charged any base commodity rate for service provided under the Storage Agreement.
