following delivery points:

Primary Receipt Points: NGPL/MRT Clinton, PIN No. 900169 (90,000 Dth MDQ)

Secondary Receipt Point: None

Primary Delivery Points: NGPL/Ill Power Metro East Madison, PIN No. 40330 (90,000 Dth MDQ)

Secondary Delivery Points: All points within the primary path of the Eligible Primary Pathing excluding storage and pooling points.

Eligible Primary Pathing. Shipper's primary path under the Rate Schedule FTS Agreement will be from MRT Clinton Co. (PIN No. 900169) to Natural's interconnect

with Illinois Power Metro East Madison Co., (PIN No. 40330) or as otherwise mutually agreed.

Aggregate Receipt/Delivery Quantity Limitation. The Negotiated Rates shall apply to all quantities received or delivered by Natural for Shipper's account in any

particular transportation zone which are transported on a primary or secondary basis, to the extent that such aggregate firm receipt or delivery quantities do

not exceed the aggregate amount of Shipper's Eligible Point MDQs set forth above for receipts or deliveries, as applicable, in such zone. Unless Natural

expressly agrees in writing, service provided in excess of the applicable zone quantity limitation shall be charged all applicable maximum rates, charges and

surcharges set forth in Natural's FERC Gas Tariff.

Applicable Rate Considerations. Unless Natural otherwise expressly agrees in writing. Shipper shall not be entitled to change any of its Primary Receipt Points

or Primary Delivery Points under the Rate Schedule FTS Agreement if such change would result in Shipper paying a reservation rate to Natural which is lower than

the applicable Negotiated Reservation Rate. Any time during the term, Shipper shall be entitled to change, at the Negotiated Reservation Rate, the Primary

Receipt Point set forth above to any other receipt point which exists as of the date of commencement reflected in Footnote No. 2 above and is within Shipper's

then-existing primary path, subject to capacity availability and all applicable provisions of Natural's FERC Gas Tariff regarding receipt point changes, provided

that any such Primary Receipt Point change may not result in Shipper extending its then-existing primary path.
