(c) Incremental Rate Secondary Delivery Points. In addition to the Negotiated Fixed Monthly Base Reservation Rate, Shipper shall pay Natural a Negotiated

Incremental Volumetric Daily Reservation Rate for all quantities transported on a firm basis on any day under each of the Transportation Agreements to the

Incremental Rate Secondary Delivery Points set forth below. The following Negotiated Incremental Volumetric Daily Reservation Rates will apply to firm

service provided to the secondary delivery points set forth below under the corresponding point Tier: Tier 1 Rate: $0.0200/Dth; Tier 2 Rate:

$0.0500/Dth; Tier 3 Rate: $0.1000/Dth. Service provided on a firm basis to all other secondary delivery points not specifically set forth in this

footnote section (c) or in (b) above will be provided at the greater of: (a) the 100% load factor equivalent of the relevant Negotiated Fixed Monthly

Base Reservation Rate and Negotiated Fixed Base Commodity Rate; and (b) the 100% load factor equivalent of the weighted average maximum base reservation

and base commodity rates applicable for each contract set forth in Natural's FERC Gas Tariff, as may be revised from time to time for service to such

points.
