8/ The Commodity Rate is the applicable maximum tariff rate pursuant to Natural's FERC Gas Tariff as of the Effective Date. The Commodity Rate shall remain fixed
thereafter for the entire term of the FTS (SW) Agreement, including any extensions of such term.
9/ The Negotiated Rates set forth herein shall apply to transportation service provided by Natural to Shipper under the FTS (SW) Agreement with an MDQ of 300,000
Dth per day for the period August 1, 2003 to April 30, 2023, and an MDQ of 250,000 Dth per day for the period May 1, 2023 to July 31, 2023.
Other Miscellaneous Provisions

Eligible Secondary Receipt Points shall include all points available under the FTS (SW) Agreement in accordance with Natural's FERC Gas Tariff and will be
eligible for the rates as stated herein.
Secondary Delivery Points shall include all existing pipeline interconnects and all pooling and storage points as permitted by the FTS (SW) Agreement, but not
including direct connects with electric generating stations and industrial plants whether through facilities owned by the direct customer or through facilities
owned by third parties constructed primarily to serve such stations or plants. All service to Eligible Secondary Delivery Points will be provided at the rates
described herein. Service to other secondary delivery points will be provided at the applicable maximum rate pursuant to Natural's FERC Gas Tariff as may be in
effect from time to time.
Unless otherwise provided in the agreement, all applicable maximum rates, charges, surcharges, and penalties of any nature set forth in Natural's FERC Gas Tariff
shall apply to service hereunder, including without limitation all applicable gathering charges, offshore charges, lateral line charges, and ACA.
All Authorized Overrun Service provided to Shipper under the FTS (SW) Agreement shall be billed at the applicable maximum Authorized Overrun Rate set forth in
Natural's FERC Gas Tariff, as may be revised from time to time.
All Fuel/GLU shall be in accordance with Natural's FERC Gas Tariff, based on actual path nominated.
The Negotiated Rates shall apply only to a total aggregate maximum daily transportation quantity of three hundred thousand (300,000) Dth per day for all
quantities transported under the FTS (SW) Agreement and any associated capacity release replacement agreements. Any quantities transported in excess of the
maximum daily transportation quantity shall be billed at all applicable maximum rates, charges, and surcharges set forth in Natural's FERC Gas Tariff.
The Base Negotiated Reservation Rate and Incremental Volumetric Reservation Rates, as such rates shall be increased as stated above, shall remain in effect for
the entire term of the FTS (SW) Agreement, including any extensions of the term of the FTS (SW) Agreement, notwithstanding any change in the maximum applicable
tariff rate.
