(b) Eligible Secondary Receipt Points.
(1) Transportation Agreements. All secondary receipt points permitted under the relevant Transportation Agreement, excluding secondary receipt points
which may be available in receipt zones on the Amarillo Mainline which are associated with the "opposite leg rights" provision of Section 5.5(a)(2)
of the General Terms and Conditions of Natural's FERC Gas Tariff, as may be revised from time to time.
(2) DSS Storage Agreements. For nominated firm transportation service, the Negotiated Fixed Monthly Base Reservation Rate shall apply to service
provided from all secondary receipt points available under the DSS Agreements as set forth in Natural's FERC Gas Tariff, as may be revised from time
to time.
8/ Eligible Delivery Points.
(a) Shipper's initial eligible primary delivery points and respective initial associated point MDQ shall be as set forth below in Footnote 9 (for each
Transportation Agreement, the applicable "Eligible Primary Receipt Points"). The Negotiated Rates shall only apply to service provided under each of the
Transportation Agreements from the applicable Eligible Primary Delivery Points, subject to the respective associated primary delivery point MDQ
limitations (the "Eligible Delivery Point MDQs"), and to the secondary delivery points permitted under the applicable Service Agreement set forth in (b)
below (the "Eligible Secondary Delivery Points"), with such eligible primary and secondary delivery points collectively referred to as the "Eligible
Delivery Points".
(b) Eligible Secondary Delivery Points.
(1) Transportation Agreements. The Negotiated Fixed Monthly Base Reservation Rate shall only apply to transportation service provided under each
Transportation Agreement to the following secondary delivery points: NICOR (9258), PGLC (909285), NIPSCO (909260), IES Utilities (25250),
Interstate Power (901028), all Market Area interstate pipeline interconnects existing as of October 20, 2006, except MRT (900169), Illini (903987)
and Horizon (39755/39855) and all storage and pooling points within the zones traversed by the Primary Path of the relevant Transportation
Agreement.
(2) DSS Storage Agreements. For nominated firm transportation service, the Negotiated Fixed Monthly Base Reservation Rate shall apply to service
provided to all secondary delivery points located within the Market Delivery Zone as well as to the following secondary delivery points:
