1/ The Storage Rate Schedule NSS Agreement with Shipper does not deviate in any material respect from the applicable form of service agreement in Natural's FERC Gas

Tariff.

2/ This information is set out in the executed Transportation Rate Schedule FTS Agreement and corresponding Firm Transportation and Storage Negotiated Rate

Agreement, which are currently on file with the FERC. In addition to the Negotiated Rates, Shippers shall also pay Natural, pursuant to Section 6.4(b)(ii) of

Rate Schedule FTS, a monthly facilities charge of $180,000/month beginning with the later of: (1) December 1, 2007, or (2) the date on which the constructed

facilities have been completed, tested and are available for service, and continuing over the term of the Agreement.
