1/ Negotiated Rate Term. The Negotiated Base Rates set forth herein shall apply to transportation service provided by Natural to Shipper under the service agreements

identified in footnote 2, which shall each have a primary term from April 1, 2009 through March 31, 2013, with the exception of FTS Agreement No. 132346, which

shall have a primary term from March 1, 2009 through February 28, 2013, and the respective Maximum Daily Quantities (MDQs) set forth in footnote 2 below.
