1/ The Service Agreements with Shipper do not deviate in any material respect from the applicable form of service agreement in Natural's FERC Gas Tariff.

2/ Negotiated Rate Terms. The negotiated rates set forth herein shall be effective for the respective term of each of the corresponding Service Agreements. For

each Service Agreement, the applicable negotiated rate term is set forth in Footnote 3 below.

3/ Eligible Service Agreements. The negotiated rates set forth herein shall apply to firm transportation and DSS storage service provided by Natural to Shipper

under the corresponding service agreements set forth below ("Service Agreements").

(a) Transportation Agreements. The Transportation Agreements under which Natural provides service to Shipper shall have the respective terms and respective

contract Maximum Daily Quantities (MDQs) set forth below:
