NOTES: Pursuant to Section 6.1(b) of Rate Schedule PALS, Natural

shall retain up to 1.19% of volumes tendered for injection and

0% of volumes tendered for withdrawal unless Natural and

Shipper mutually agree on monetary reimbursement.

Pursuant to Section 40 of the General Terms and Conditions,

the ACA surcharge will apply when applicable. See Sheet No. 32

for the currently effective rates.
