NOTES: Pursuant to Section 6.1(a)(2) of Rate Schedule BESS,

Natural shall retain up to 1.19% of volumes tendered for

injection and 0% of volumes tendered for withdrawal

unless Natural and Shipper mutually agree on monetary

reimbursement.

The Balancing Service Charges are set out in Section 12

of the General Terms and Conditions. The Unauthorized

Overrun Charge is set out in Section 10 of the Rate

Schedule.

Pursuant to Section 40 of the General Terms and

Conditions, the ACA surcharge will be added to the

volumes withdrawn when applicable. See Sheet No. 32 for

the currently effective rate.
