NOTES: For Shippers electing the LN option, the applicable maximum Reservation Rate shall be increased

by $0.0041.

For Shippers electing the SW option, the applicable maximum Reservation Rate shall be determined

in accordance with the formula set out in Section 6.3(a)(3) of Rate Schedule FFTS.

The Balancing Service and Authorized and Unauthorized Overrun Charges are set out in Section 12

of the General Terms and Conditions.

Pursuant to Sections 21, 38 and 40 of the General Terms and Conditions, various surcharge

adjustments are applied to the Base Rates if applicable. See Sheet No. 32 for the currently

effective rates. In addition, other charges or credits as provided for in Rate Schedule FFTS and

the General Terms and Conditions will be added or deducted on the monthly bills of affected

Shippers when applicable.
