APPLICABLE TO RATE SCHEDULE PAL-1 (Continued)

16. Third-Party Operating Notices. Either Party may notify the other

in writing of the address of the person or persons who shall have

authority to act for such Party in connection with the operation of

pipelines, facilities, and wells or for purposes of nominations in

connection with this Service Agreement, and operating notices shall

thereafter be served upon such person or persons. Such delegation shall

not relieve the delegating Party of any of its obligations under the

Service Agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Service

Agreement as of the day and year first above written.
