1/ Unless discounted by Transporter pursuant to Section 3.5 of Rate

Schedule ST-1, the applicable rate for service hereunder is the

effective maximum rate for Rate Schedule ST-1 service on file with the

FERC, as same may change from time to time. Such rates shall not be

applicable to service provided pursuant to Section 51 of the General

Terms and Conditions of this Tariff. The reservation and/or commodity

rate will be billed applicable surcharges including but not limited to

ACA, GTI, take-or-pay throughput and gas supply realignment surcharges.

2/ Legal description, pressures and type of monitoring for each point may

be obtained from the Master Receipt/Delivery Point List provided by

Transporter via the Company's Interactive Website.

3/ Commodity rate is exclusive of fuel reimbursement unless otherwise

noted.
